“Following six reconstructive surgeries on my knee. My end goal has been to get back to netball, building up strength and confidence in my ability to play. “Early last year I tore my meniscus which meant I had to take some time off Olympic Weightlifting. 
I worked with Reforge Physio and Jason at MVMT Hub, who kept me in the gym and we just pivoted my goals slightly to work on things I could do around my injury. 
It was actually a blessing in disguise, I ticked off a few skills such as butterfly pull ups/chest to bar, strict HSPU and bar muscle ups. 
We also worked on my strict strength to get my glutes, quads, hamtrings and calves strong so that when I came back to weightlifting again it meant I got several snatch pb’s, squat clean, power clean, split jerk, back and front squat, and probably more I lost count!
Very grateful for all the support from these guys, it made a pretty shit time actually quite worth it in the end. It felt like this injury was a blessing in disguise!!”
